Couldn’t finish my workout today. I pulled a neck muscle during the warmup and that prohibited me from doing pretty much everything. Everything I did hurt my neck, and even exercises that didn’t aggravate it I couldn’t give my all because I was so worried about hurting it more.
This is uber frustrating for a number of reasons but I’m going to try not to let it get to me. I did half of the workout today before realizing it was futile, and will just continue tomorrow. I haven’t given up, I haven’t quit, and it’s not like one half done workout is going to make a difference in the long run.
I just need to remember that and get back up tomorrow.
(And for those wondering. It’s not because I had improper form. It’s due to a bad massage I had yesterday. Goes to show doesn’t it…)
